However, prices continue to rise, and sometimes you’re just looking for something cheap that does the same thing.

5 Best TrainingPeaks Alternatives
I stumbled upon Intervals.icu while I was researching this article.
And, boy, was I glad I found this tool. It’s become my daily workout tracker, and I don’t notice much difference from TrainingPeaks.
With a simple calendar, you get quick and detailed insights into your workouts, more charts and graphs than a doctor’s office, and plenty of integrations to load your workout data quickly. Runs, rides, swims, and other — all sports welcome.
Set up your schedule, review your workouts, and set up your information to match your data quickly in the interface.
If you want a free alternative that gives you a ton of bang for zero bucks, it’s hard to go wrong with Intervals.
Intervals.icu is free to use for professional athletes and coaches!
Strava is one of the most well-known fitness/social apps for runners and bikers.
But the platform comes with its own set of features you can use to replace TrainingPeaks.
With the Fitness/Freshness graph, relative effort/rating of perceived exertion, and a training calendar, you have enough to track and plan your training. While it doesn’t offer coaching options and has limited custom training plans, it provides enough to get by.
While it doesn’t offer the same level of analysis and depth TrainingPeaks does, it’s an excellent alternative if you want to save a bit of cash.

And it also requires more configuration than others to get started. For example, it doesn’t integrate with Strava, Garmin, Wahoo, or any of the top services. You must upload your workouts manually from your computer or enter them.
But, once you do, you get a ton of advanced data to play around with as you customize your workouts for your training schedule or your athletes.
Golden Cheetah is mainly aimed at cycling, so another tool on this list may be better for you if you’re a runner or triathlete.
But, if you’re a coach and athlete looking for a cycling-primary competitor to Training Peaks, this is it.

Final Surge is another excellent (free) alternative to TrainingPeaks.
While it lacks some of the reporting and features of services like Intervals, it still offers plenty to help you with your training.

While I’d consider other platforms on this list first, Final Surge is a flexible web platform to pick up and use.
For personal use, Final Surge is free. However, coaches will have to pay depending on the number of clients. Plans start at $19/month for a membership.
SportsTracks is another excellent alternative you can choose.
Easily record all your fitness activities (including running, cycling, swimming, and more), then analyze the workout data from its dashboard.
You’ll get deep insights into your workout, which you can use to track your progress and adjust as needed. Plus, it integrates all the popular services like Strava, Garmin, etc.
